Due to excessive exposure to UV rays,Sunburn occurs.Cause of sunburn can be artificial UV rays such as the lights which are used in tanning salons.



People who have outdoor hobbies like Skiing,Golf, Sunburn is common for all.



Sunburn Home Remedies :-



(1) Always wear Glasses which suite your eye shape and also personality to protect your eyes from the UV rays.

(2) One of the best simple option is “Sunscreen Locations” for protection.

(3) Always to ready to keep yourself as much covered as possible.

(4) Consume more water than normal since the skin looses water when exposed to sunlight.

(5) Please keep a Cap or Hat handy which you like most,when you are going out on a sunny day.

(6) Peoples who are affected by sun burn then apply Aloe Vera cream to the affected areas. Aloe cream acts as a soothing agent for the skin and reduces the effect of sun burn.Aloe Vera is a Natural Sunscreen; hence always apply Aloe Vera cream before going out in the sun.

(7) Tea without sugar or low sugar always preferable for affected person.

(8) Avoid harsh chemical soaps and lotions while washing your sun burned face as it may cause inflammation.

Vitamins and minerals are present in almost all of our food stuffs. These are essential elements to making us healthy and strong individuals. Vitamins and minerals can be supplemented by vitamin tablets and other pills but the most efficient sources of these are natural organic foods. A good combination of these organic foods can supply individuals with the right amount of vitamins and minerals needed to get through the day and maintain our health.



Vitamins are essential for the growth and health of any living organism. Without the proper amount, the body does not assimilate any of them, and can't effectively do its job.

The definition of minerals is that they are inorganic elements that our bodies need to make and repair hard and soft body tissue and other functions of our body. There are two kinds of minerals in our body, trace elements and major elements. These vitamins and minerals go together to help maintain our bodies and keep it in prime condition.
